Our Chef Graziano Sperandio is working with us for over 12 years and offers every day menus and dishes rich of authentic perfumes and traditional flavours, accompanied by the best wines of the Aosta Valley, in a warm and welcoming mountain environment. In summer you can lunch on the terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains.
From several years now, we pay particular attention to our vegetarian guests and food intolerance and prepare appropriated dishes.

We welcome groups of up to 100 people and offer a wide range of menus. Right in front of the Hotel there is a convenient parking for coaches and in summer you can reach the Botanical Garden Paradisia, rich in flowers of the Alps, within 5 minutes walk.
